Therapy for Adults Navigating ADHD, Neurodiversity, & Emotional Overwhelm
Supporting adults who are questioning ADHD, waiting for diagnosis, recently diagnosed, or trying to better understand themselves.
Areas of Support
Many adults spend years feeling like they are “too much”, “not enough”, disorganised, emotional, forgetful, sensitive, or constantly behind.
For some, ADHD is only considered later in life after years of coping, masking, burnout, anxiety, relationship difficulties, workplace struggles, or parenting challenges. Most adults only begin recognising neurodivergent traits during pregnancy, postpartum experiences, or whilst navigating family life.
You do not need a formal diagnosis to begin understanding yourself differently.
At FHT, support is centred around understanding the emotional experience of neurodiversity, not forcing people into productivity-focused approaches that ignore the human side of living with ADHD. We to create supportive conversations around these intersections in a way that feels compassionate, informed, and human.
