About the Facilitator

Workshops are delivered by Fahima Hussain, MBACP Accredited Integrative Psychotherapist and founder of Future Healing Therapy.

With over 850 clinical hours of therapeutic experience, Fahima supports individuals navigating anxiety, burnout, neurodivergence, grief, and life transitions.

Her approach combines psychological understanding with thoughtful discussion, creating a supportive space for reflection and learning.
